CliftonStrengths Results Review

The first step is to take the CliftonStrengths assessment (LiT Consulting can help you with that). Next, you'll meet with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In this one-on-one session, you'll learn what your CliftonStrengths reveal about your natural talents, how they work together, how you've used them to help you succeed (perhaps without even realizing it), and how you can begin to intentionally leverage them. Best of all, the conversation can be tailored to explore what is currently top-of-mind for YOU.

Leadership Development

Let's face it: when you're a in a leadership role, you spend a lot of time in the spotlight. Those leaders who know how to leverage and lead through their Strengths shine.

Leadership development coaching is customized to the needs of the leader. Those needs will, of course, change over time, and your Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach is ready to "flex" with you.

Team Workshops

LiT Consulting's virtual and in-person workshops are highly interactive and meticulously customized to meet the needs of the team. An introductory workshop begins with exploring what it means to "leverage" your Strengths (and why you should care). Next, team members take a deep dive into their own Strengths, then gain valuable insights into the Strengths of their teammates.

Examples of additional potential workshop topics include using CliftonStrengths to:

  • Enhance team communication

  • Increase collaboration

  • Work through conflicts and misunderstandings in a more meaningful and productive way

  • Explore how to take Strengths into account when embarking on new team projects/initiatives
