The Most and Least Common Strengths (and other interesting facts)

The most recent data I'm able to find from Gallup about "theme frequency" (i.e., the most and least common strengths to have) is from 2019. I'm not sure how often Gallup publishes this info, but I sure do get asked about it a lot.

So, the most common are, in order, Achiever, Learner, Responsibility, Relator, and Strategic. I'm pretty darn sure that's what they were in 2014 when I was certified (though the order may have been a bit different).

The least common are Context, Discipline, Significance, Command, and Self-Assurance. To the best of my recollection, those last three have always appeared at the bottom.

Gallup's research has also revealed that demographics are somewhat irrelevant when it comes to theme frequency. There's little variance in frequency from country-to-country or amongst genders, races, or ethnicities.
