I just completed the morning sessions of the Gallup at Work Summit, an event held every year in June. There are plenty of sessions on Strengths but also sessions on other topics like engagement, the workplace of the future, and more. Good stuff.
One of this morning's sessions was about the new CliftonStrengths for Sales Report and let me tell you I AM IMPRESSED. I knew this report was recently released, but what I didn't know until today is that you don't have to take a separate assessment to get your results.
The report is based on your top 10 themes and provides all kinds of insights - including action items - into your Strengths as a salesperson. I think it would also be terrific for anyone who leads sales teams.
